Excel Investments Holdings Ltd was officially registered in March 2020, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our journey within the construction and real estate development industry. Our registered office is located at 72 Mattia Preti Street, Victoria, Gozo, and we have established a strong foundation from which to operate and grow.
The company is an offshoot of Excel Investments Ltd (C 81721) which has been in operations since 2017. The business is spearheaded by three directors, namely Joseph Portelli, Mark Agius, and Daniel Refalo who are all prominent figures within the Maltese community and have a long-standing reputation in the construction industry. Their collaboration on a personal level date back to 2013, laying the groundwork for what would become Excel Investments Holdings Ltd.
