Excel MJD Ltd was established to own and manage the Q Hub centre, a premier commercial property in Qormi, Malta. Acquired in July 2023, the Q Hub represents a significant investment for Excel MJD Ltd and has recently been valued at EUR 32.5 million. We aim to transform this strategically located site into a thriving mixed-use business centre, positioning it as a central hub for commercial activity in the area.

Excel Finance P.L.C. was set up in June 24 with the main aim of acquiring finance for other companies within the group to be able to fund business activities within the construction industry.
